RhymeRiot USA is the next big movement out of the West Coast!! Consisting of two members, Phil Dis and GMC, both hailing from South Central, Los Angeles, the duo were both originally solo artists. After featuring on each other’s songs, the two MC’s decided to join forces under the moniker RhymeRiot USA.

The name fit them perfectly because both believe in showcasing their Lyrical ability and both were bred in the streets of Los Angeles, the home of the Riots. The moniker also symbolizes both artists’ personalities. Phil Dis being the thinking type of rapper, you could label him the Rhyme half of the group. GMC being the more aggressive, no holds barred type of rapper, you could label him the Riot half of the group.

Their Stage Show is Unbelievable!!! RhymeRiot USA and their fans have literally shut clubs down in the Los Angeles area. Most notably and most recently, the Knitting Factory in .Hollywood, CA. “After RhymeRiot left the stage, the entire crowd left the club. I never seen that before with an unsigned group” says an anonymous employee of The Knitting Factory.

Phil Dis is noted saying “We got music, not only West Coast music, but music for the masses.” RhymeRiot USA continue to make good music on daily basis and continue their mission to prove to everybody that Hollywood is not too far from the hood. That basically means that you could keep it Gangsta and still make commercial music or vice versa. GMC reiterates “We all have different styles, but the same message.
